This four dwelling Barwon Heads development was a collaboration with builder Greig Design & Construction. The houses are all separate, have excellent orientation and connection with the outdoors. Smart floor plans kept footprints compact while servicing demand for modern beach houses. |

One of our first commissions, this large family home near Torquay is situated on a 1 acre block. Living areas outlook a generous yard enclosed by an adjoining reserve, while upper storey bedrooms appreciate coastal and hinterland panorama. |
