Altereco was founded by James Goodlet in 2006 and has grown into a boutique building design practice now consisting of a dedicated team of designers specialising in the creation of smart and innovative residential spaces throughout Victoria.
The use of intelligent layouts, advanced technologies, sustainable materials and energy efficient building practices ensures our designs are clean and green during the construction phase and throughout the lifetime of the building.
We are an energetic team who work closely with both clients and builders throughout the design process, tailoring specific outcomes for each individual project. An early establishment of this three-way communication ensures collaborative, informed solutions to the challenges of each project and creates a strong working relationship between client and builder.
